We have steps to follow on how you can troubleshoot those issues:
For Android Users:
Click on “Settings”
Tap on App and select “Eyowo”
Click on “Storage”
Tap on “Clear cache”
For iOS users:
Click on “Settings” and select “General”
Choose “iPhone Storage” and click on the Eyowo App
Select “Offload App” and Re-install.
