ID Forms are criteria-filled templates that can be shared/sent to teammates or responders whose IDs are to be created within your workspace.

The form setting tab consists of the following;

General: This is where you set validity for forms you send out to responders. A responder cannot respond to a form after the end of validity.

Notification: You can set the interval at which you wish to be notified about responses gotten. You can choose to be notified for every response gotten. Daily, weekly and monthly responses can also be set.

To get the ID Form settings;

  1. Select your desired ID folder on the workspace homepage.

  2. Click on "Go to ID builder" on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  3. Click on "Next step"

  4. Click on "Space"

  5. You can choose to "Create space" or "use existing space".

  6. Click on "Add conditional access to subspaces"

  7. Select "Form settings".

  8. Choose your desired date.

  9. Click on "Save settings"
