You have made a payment or purchase airtime/data and the destination has claimed not to have gotten value for the transaction? Well, we have a feature that would help you get a response as to the status of your transaction.

Simply follow the steps below to achieve this:

  1. Launch Eyowo app.

  2. Tap on the Report icon (a little pie chart) at the top right-hand corner of the screen

  3. Select the transaction you wish to dispute

  4. Click on the Start a dispute now button.

  5. Ensure you click on the send button.

  6. Transaction successfully disputed.

After you have followed the steps stated above, Our customer success specialist would help provide the status of your transaction.

NOTE: Transactions should only be disputed 24hours from their initiated time.
