Teammates can be invited to a workspace by the admin. This can be done by following these easy steps:

  1. Click on the Add Button (+) close to "Invite team members" at the top of your homepage.

  2. Enter the email address (or multiple email addresses) of your teammate followed by pressing the enter/space bar key.

  3. Select the "Role" to allow for either of the two categories which are Admin or Verifier.

    • Admin: A collaborator who has the right to most functions the original admin does except the administrative right to modify the workspace he/she was invited to collaborate on.

    • Verifier: A verifier only has the permission to verify IDs that were created on the workspace he/she was invited to collaborate on.

  4. Click on ‘Send invites

Another way to add teammates is by these simple steps:

  1. Click on ‘Settings’ at the bottom left corner of your screen

  2. Click on ‘Team Members’

  3. Click on ‘Add Team Members

  4. Enter the email address or multiple email addresses separated by double spaces

  5. Select the permissions (i.e. can view or can edit)

  6. Click on ‘Send invites

Once your teammate accepts the invite, they can begin collaborating with you.
