A list of customers can be grouped according to order, importance, industry or as preferred for convenience purposes. In order to group customers, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ‘groups’ from the ‘customer’ icon

  2. Click on ‘create group’

3. Enter group name and save

4. Select ‘group’ to add customer(s) to

5. For customers on customer list, search for customer by name, select the customer and click on ‘add to group’

6. Click on ‘add customer’ for customers not on the customer list, click on new customer and update customer information.

7. Click on ‘save’
